As a Test Analyst, you'll plan, document and execute testing across project and business-as-usual changes. With two roles available, you'll join a collaborative team working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers and operational teams to confirm solutions meet requirements and perform as expected.

What you'll be working on
Creating, maintaining and executing repeatable test cases
Defining test scope and coverage for releases and deliveries
Creating and maintaining test data
Performing manual testing across Windows, mobile and web-based applications
Supporting system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing
Logging, documenting and managing defects in defect management systems
Reviewing business requirements with Business Analysts before development is finalised
Working with Developers to clarify required changes and support defect resolution
Applying risk-based testing when delivery timeframes are constrained
Identifying opportunities to automate repeatable test execution
What you'll bring
Experience in a Test Analyst, QA Analyst or software testing role
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
Experience using test and defect management tools such as TestRail, Jira or similar
Hands-on manual testing experience across Windows, mobile or web-based applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear written documentation and verbal communication skills
The ability to plan testing activities, manage priorities and maintain quality
Desirable experience
Exposure to test automation
Private health insurance experience
Relevant industry training or accreditation
