Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 + Super

We're looking for a detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our Development team in Subiaco. You'll play a key role in ensuring new features, enhancements, and fixes are thoroughly tested before they reach our customers.
About the Role
The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining the quality of Agrimaster by testing new features, enhancements, and fixes before release. This hands-on role combines manual and automated testing, defect investigation, test planning, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute manual and automated testing activities.
Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation.
Identify, document, and communicate defects and quality risks.
Validate software against business requirements and customer workflows.
Assess release readiness and provide visibility of testing outcomes.
Collaborate across teams to improve product quality and customer experience.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is analytical, customer-focused, and passionate about software quality. Ideally, they will have:
3+ years' experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Experience with both manual and automated testing.
Strong Selenium and SQL skills.
Experience testing APIs.
Experience using Azure DevOps or similar testing and defect management tools.
Experience creating test plans, test cases, and testing reports.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
High attention to detail.
Highly Regarded
Experience with Java and/or C#.
Experience working within Agile development environments.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
Experience testing complex financial, accounting, banking, insurance, or business software platforms.
Experience with Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).
