YOUR ROLE: Engineering Process on Testing Engineer
Develop and improve testing processes for electronic, electrical, or electromechanical products.
Define test strategies, test procedures, and validation methods.
Support production and engineering teams in troubleshooting test-related issues.
Analyze test data to identify failures, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure test equipment, tools, and methods comply with quality and safety requirements.
Participate in the industrialization of new products and the transfer of test processes to manufacturing.
Collaborate with R&D, quality, manufacturing, and maintenance teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on test performance, cycle time, and reliability.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and process standards.
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for test failures.
Required Profile:
Junior Electronics Engineer (ENSAM school or equivalent) - 2 years' experience
Strong understanding of testing principles, measurement systems, and industrial processes.
Knowledge of electronics, automation, or test equipment is an advantage.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a dynamic industrial environment.
Proficiency in English, other languages are a plus.
