Test Manager (Senior)

Job Summary:

The Senior Test Manager provides strategic oversight of testing initiatives, ensuring quality assurance aligns with business objectives and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and enforce enterprise-level test policies and governance.

Oversee testing across multiple programs or business units.

Liaise with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Guide selection of tools, methodologies, and metrics.

Mentor junior managers and drive test process improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

8+ years of experience in testing, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.

Expertise in enterprise QA strategies, test automation, and performance testing.

Experience with compliance-heavy or large-scale environments.
