Why This Role Matters
This is a unique opportunity to lead the Total Rewards function at Community Medical Services. The Total Rewards Manager serves as the organization's subject matter expert for compensation, benefits, and leave management.
The successful candidate will thrive in a hands-on environment where they are responsible for both strategy and execution. One day you may be analyzing compensation data or developing a wellness initiative; the next you may be resolving a complex benefits issue, partnering with leaders on leave management, or preparing executive analytics.
