Tour Operations Specialist

Anex Tour Tourism LLC is looking for an experienced Tour Operations Specialist to join our Operations Department. The successful candidate will coordinate daily tour operations, supplier reservations, guide scheduling, and ensure exceptional service delivery for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily tour and excursion operations.
- Manage reservations and daily communication with tour suppliers and partners.
- Coordinate bookings for cruises, desert safaris, theme parks, attractions, and ticket providers.
- Organize tour capacities, pick-up schedules, and operational logistics.
- Coordinate the guide team, conduct operational briefings, and monitor service quality.
- Handle guest complaints, tour amendments, cancellations, and refund requests.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of UAE tourism products and destinations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tour operations within a DMC or tour operator.
- Experience managing reservations and supplier relationships.
- Strong knowledge of UAE tourism products and excursion portfolio.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, Filtering).
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and during peak seasons.
- Candidates must have their own accommodation and transportation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Russian language is preferred.
- Experience with reservation or tour operations software.
- Previous experience as a tour guide or in field operations.
- Knowledge of Arabic or German is an advantage.
- Previous UAE work experience is an advantage.
