As a Call Center Representative at Steven Toyota, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers calling or submitting online inquiries. Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
• Schedule sales and service appointments while confirming customer information.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, missed visits, and future opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM.
• Communicate effectively with the Sales and Service Departments.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
• Assist with outbound calls for appointment reminders and customer follow-up.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing Steven Toyota.
