What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create a positive, comfortable buying experience
• Learn each customer's needs and help match them with the right vehicle
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Conduct professional vehicle test drives
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
• Build relationships that create repeat and referral business
• Maintain knowledge of Toyota products, features, technology, and available inventory
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance to ensure a smooth buying experience
• Follow up after the sale and continue building the customer relationship
• Meet individual and dealership sales goals

Compensation

Starting earning potential: $70,000+ annually
