Trade Marketing Manager
Job Description
The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager - Traditional Trade who will be responsible for strategically managing the alignment between sales and marketing by setting channel vision and strategy, defining point-of-purchase strategies, leading promotion strategies, and ensuring alignment with category and brand objectives.
What you will do
- Provide business and market senior management with fact-based assessments and recommended channel priorities, along with strategies to capture key opportunities and address major issues
- Provide insights on channel and category trends, including shopper behavior and key channel drivers, to support Sales and Marketing decisions
- Develop merchandising guidelines and direction, including permanent point-of-purchase display recommendations and planograms by category and channel, in line with brand vision and objectives
- Ensure trade spending optimization by applying best-practice tools
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and the Sales Director to align data collection and analyze sales trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years of experience in FMCG companies
- Excellent English language skills
