Look for opportunities to automate manual processes and improve workflows, using technology and data wherever possible.
Support new account onboarding, product launches and projects that expand the capabilities of the trading platform.
Develop an understanding of operational and trading risks and ensure issues are identified, communicated and resolved quickly.

A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of issues through to resolution.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Interested in using technology and automation to solve problems and improve processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
