Traffic Manager

We are looking for a Traffic Manager!
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in iGaming, Betting, or Affiliate Marketing
Experience in traffic analysis and optimization
Strong understanding of key metrics: FTD, RD, CPA, ROI, LTV, Retention, Conversion Rate
Experience working with large datasets and analytical reporting
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or similar)
Understanding of Affiliate, Paid, and Organic acquisition channels
English level B1+
Key responsibilities:
Analyze and distribute traffic across GEOs, brands, and acquisition channels
Monitor traffic volume, quality, and performance
Identify optimization and growth opportunities
Prepare analytical reports, forecasts, and actionable recommendations
Collaborate with Affiliate, Media Buying, CRM, Product, and Country Management teams
