Transport Operation Manager

Job Summary

Join our established cleaning company as a Driver supporting operations across Singapore by transporting cleaning supplies, equipment, and team members to client sites while ensuring timely service and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Transport cleaning equipment, supplies, and personnel safely to residential and commercial client sites across Singapore
• Maintain and update delivery schedules to coordinate punctual service with cleaning teams
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
• Assist with loading and unloading cleaning materials and equipment to support operational efficiency
• Perform ad-hoc cleaning tasks, including upholstery cleaning, to maintain service quality
• Climb ladders to take down and install curtains for factory processing, ensuring safe handling.
• Assist Director in route planning and assigning of work orders to drivers.
• Cover other driver shifts when necessary and ensure that equipment are in proper working order for cleaning sites.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record
• Demonstrate knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations to navigate efficiently
• Maintain physical fitness to perform loading/unloading duties and work overtime when required
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients
