Travel Sales Consultant

We need someone who can turn enquiries into bookings. That's the job.

We're a small team, which means this role isn't one seat among twenty. We'd rather hire one good person and give them room than hire five and manage them.

What you'll actually do:

Answer enquiries from the website, WhatsApp, Instagram and phone. Work out what the customer actually wants which is rarely what they first ask for. Build the package, send the quote, follow up, close it. Keep the CRM honest. Find the customer a better hotel than they asked for, and explain why it's worth it.

You'll also tell the marketing team what customers keep asking about, because they can't guess.

What we need from you:

• Three years or more in travel sales you've built packages, handled quotes, and closed deals with real customers
• Good English; Arabic makes life much easier here
• Organised enough that nothing sits in your inbox for three days
• Amadeus or a similar booking system is a plus. Visa processing experience is a plus. Neither is required.

About the technology thing:

We use AI tools for research, itinerary drafting and quotes. It makes the boring parts faster and gives you more time for the part that actually needs a human. If you've never touched them: fine. We'll teach you.

What we can't teach is curiosity. If "we've always done it this way" is your answer to most questions, this probably isn't the right fit and that's okay.

How you'll be measured: bookings and margin, lead-to-booking conversion, response speed, and whether customers come back. Not how many hours you sat at your desk.

Package: Base salary OMR 300–500, commission negotiable based on experience. Health insurance and staff travel rates.
