The Role

We are looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to expand our client base and drive revenue across residential, multi-family, and commercial building projects.

You will manage relationships with framing contractors, general contractors, and lumberyard distributors, serving as their technical consultant and trusted advisor from initial takeoff to job site delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing contractor accounts across your assigned territory.
• Job Site Consultation: Visit job sites, perform site measurements when necessary, and collaborate directly with framers, superintendents, and project managers.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with in-house design and estimating teams to ensure structural plans, component designs, and engineered wood packages match project specifications.
• Proposal & Bid Management: Present clear, competitive quotes and bid packages, negotiating terms and closing deals efficiently.
• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivery scheduling, order changes, and field issue resolution.
