Trust Operations Specialist

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate for the Trust Operations Specialist, will be responsible for the daily maintenance and posting of account activity. Must be able to efficiently and accurately process transactions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB:

1. Reconcile cash management and mutual funds.
2. Settle mutual fund transactions and place resulting trades.
3. Process asset income received on cash management and mutual funds.
4. Verify and post asset income received from trust personnel.
5. Daily balancing of the trust DDA Accounts.
6. Preparation of customer account statements.
7. Scan and index daily operations work in DocuTreev system.
8. Review pricing report weekly for exceptions and make necessary corrections.
9. Assist with asset setup and maintenance.
10. Provide backup support for other trust operations activities through cross-training.
11. Special operations related projects as may be requested from time to time by the Trust Operations Manager.
