The candidate should have significant law firm experience in estate planning (including drafting and administering estates), estate and gift taxes, drafting trusts (including ILITS, IDGTs, SNTs, and Grantor Trusts), and business succession planning with a working knowledge of corporate governance, LLC structures and control.
