TSR STAFF ANIMAL HEALTH MANADO
Summary:
The TSR (Technical Sales Representative) Staff Animal Health Manado plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and technical aspects of animal health products within the designated Manado region. This position involves direct engagement with customers, providing technical advice, promoting products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular visits to farms, distributors, and customers in the Manado area to provide technical support and product information.
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate animal health solutions, including vaccines, medicines, and nutritional supplements.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role within the animal health industry.
* Strong knowledge of animal health products, diseases, and farming practices, particularly in poultry or livestock.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Customer-focused with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Willingness to travel extensively within the Manado region.
* Possession of a valid driving license.
