This strategic role offers the opportunity to shape automation initiatives across critical business functions, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to realize significant ROI.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Extensive hands-on experience with UiPath, including design, implementation, and scaling of automation processes
• Strong understanding of SAP systems and workflows within Pharma environments
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
• Proven ability to identify automation use cases, design scalable solutions, and establish robust automation operating models
• Experience coordinating vendors and ensuring compliance throughout projects

Nice to Have Skills:

• UiPath certification
• Center of Excellence (CoE) experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• 10+ years of automation architecture experience
• Deep industry knowledge of Pharma processes and applications
• Prior experience working with SAP and automation within complex business landscapes
