Ui/ux Developer

About the Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role is crucial for enhancing user experience and ensuring our digital products are both functional and visually appealing. As a UI/UX Developer, you will play a key role in designing user interfaces and experiences that meet the needs of our clients and users.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and style guides to create intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into engaging designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Ensure responsive web design principles are applied to create seamless experiences across various devices.

Required Skills and Technologies
- Proficiency in Adobe XD for designing and prototyping user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices.
- Experience in user experience design, wireframing, and interaction design.
- Ability to create and maintain style guides to ensure consistency across products.

Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design and development.

Work Location & Setup
- This position is onsite in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
- The work environment is collaborative, with opportunities to engage directly with team members and stakeholders.

Employment Type & Duration
- This is an hourly contract position with a duration of 1 year.
- Commitment of 20 hours per week is expected.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range is $8 to $20 per hour, commensurate with experience.
