UI/UX Lead (Trading Company)

We are currently hiring for UI/UX lead for one of our clients, a Trading company in Jakarta/Medan.

As a UI/UX Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and interactive experiences trading platforms. Your expertise will drive the development of intuitive interfaces that captivate and engage our users, ultimately enhancing their overall experience.

Job Description

1. Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring high quality deliverables that meet both user needs and business objectives.

2. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs as necessary.

4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.

5. Establish and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency and coherence across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe, etc
• Experience working in the gaming or trading industry
• Ability to work as an individual contributor od lead a team
