Job Description
Contact potential clients via email and phone to understand their business needs.
Identify and categorise prospective clients based on their requirements.
Coordinate and arrange Show Suite previews for potential clients with the Leasing & Marketing Team.
Provide general sales, leasing and marketing administrative support.
Assist the Leasing Team with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum GCE N-Level.
Prior experience in sales and marketing preferred.
Comfortable communicating with potential clients via phone and email.
Organised, proactive and able to follow up on enquiries promptly.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
