US Investment Manager - Co-investment
Job Description
- Develop analytical and presentation material for US private equity direct primaries, secondaries, co-investments, and selectively also for concentrated secondary and other hybrid private equity investments
- Build valuation models, comparable companies analysis, and business model review and market assessment in order to evaluate direct-investment opportunities
- Support the global direct-investment team in various other tasks, including transaction execution, portfolio monitoring, investor communications and internal meeting materials
- Support the US private equity platform and assist with analyzing market trends and data, GP coverage and portfolio analysis
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 2-3 years of investment banking or private equity
- Essential skills include solid background in finance, detail-orientation, and strong analytical, modeling, quantitative and written communication skills
- High proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Word
- Fluency in other languages is a plus but not a requirement
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
