UX researcher (Qualitative Analysis)

Role

Conduct qualitative UX research to understand customer needs, behaviours, and motivations, and turn insights into actionable improvements for digital products and services. Work closely with UX, Product, Design, Tech, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Research: Plan and conduct interviews, contextual research, usability testing, and other qualitative studies.
• Insights: Analyse research data to identify key themes, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Storytelling: Present findings clearly through reports, presentations, journey maps, and other research deliverables.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Translate research insights into product, design, and business recommendations.
• Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• ResearchOps: Manage participant recruitment, research repositories, templates, and research processes.

Requirements

• UX Research experience.
• Strong expertise in qualitative research and analysis.
• Experience with interviews, usability testing, thematic analysis, journey mapping, and service design.
• Ability to define research objectives and deliver actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of product design and emerging technologies.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Figma or similar design/prototyping tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted research.
• Knowledge of quantitative methods such as surveys, A/B testing, analytics, or CSAT.
