UX Writer for Automotive; Gothenburg
An outstanding opportunity for a Consultant UX Writer to join our Global Automotive client! You would be joining a small, collaborative team of designers and developers who work closely to manage multiple repositories of assets, guidelines, and training materials for various user groups. We're seeking a Senior UX Writer to elevate our client's design system by delivering clear, concise, accessible, and user-centered content that aligns with our brand and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with client objectives.
- Define architecture and navigation across channels and repositories.
- Create UX writing guidelines, including tone of voice and best practices.
- Establish consistent nomenclature for content across channels.
- Write effective microcopy for components to provide guidance, clarity, and user feedback.
- Ensure all content complies with WGAC and other accessibility standards.
- Conduct content testing and refine based on user feedback.
- Mentor and guide designers and developers.
- Collaborate with the core team to support shared deliverables and scrum ceremonies.
Prerequisites:
- Proven experience in UX writing/copy, ideally within large, complex organizations.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Experience working with design systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A team player with an open mindset and positive attitude.
