Validation test engineer

Project description
Develop Automotive components for various domains for premium carmaker system at Luxoft Automotive Division. The project life-cycle is covering all the stages from design to development and delivery to the client. The project team works in tight collaboration with one of the premium OEMs in the world. You will have the opportunity to be part of the team that is developing functionality for the most technologically advanced cars in the world:

Responsibilities
Identify functional and non-functional requirements
Develop and execute validation test cases (SWE.6 and SYS.5)
Design automated test frameworks using Python.
Use CAPL scripting for ECU/network testing (CAN/LIN bus validation).
Analyze test results, identify defects, and log detailed bug reports.
Support regression testing and continuous validation cycles.
Develop reusable utilities and libraries to improve test efficiency and coverage.
Setup and Troubleshoot issues involving Hardware.
Skills
Must have
Experience in SWE6 & SYS5 activities (Requirements analysis, planning and reviewing test cases, execution and reporting)
3+ years of solid hands-on experience in software testing
3+ years of experience in the automotive / embedded domain
Good experience in automation of test scripts and environment.
Proficiency in CAPL.
Good knowledge of canoe and vteststudio.
Proficiency in git.
Proficiency in Python.
Hardware Knowledge
Knowledge of vehicle bus-systems and protocols (Ethernet, CAN)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug software and environment issues.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in ASPICE is a big plus.
Nice to have
Experience with Linux, QNX, Nvidia HW
Experience in testing activities on the Unit and Component qualification level
Experience in Power Shell
Knolwedge of time sync or PTP protocol
Advanced experience in creating automated tests, execute them and collect results
Experience in agile development (SCRUM and/or SAFe) would be a plus
Knowledge on AUTOSAR Classic or AUTOSAR Adaptive would be a plus
