Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch operations across assigned distribution network to achieve business targets and service excellence standards
• Oversee team performance, conduct regular coaching and development sessions to enhance capabilities and career progression
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and cross-selling initiatives to grow consumer banking portfolio
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management frameworks and internal policies
• Monitor financial performance including revenue, costs and profitability metrics against set KPIs
• Implement operational efficiency improvements and process optimization across branches
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers and community partners
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain service standards and customer satisfaction
• Identify talent gaps and support recruitment, onboarding and succession planning initiatives
• Represent the bank at industry forums and community engagement activities

Requirements

• Proven track record in branch management, team leadership and P&L management
• Strong understanding of consumer banking products, services and distribution channels
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets consistently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence across levels
• Sound knowledge of banking regulations, compliance and risk management practices
• Proficiency in relevant banking systems and MS Office applications
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
