Vice President Product & Solution Marketing
You will define market narratives, shape category leadership, and translate product and solution marketing strategy into revenue impact. You will lead market intelligence, positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, product launches, sales enablement, lifecycle strategy, partner marketing, and team development while partnering with executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale market and competitive intelligence
- Identify and prioritize opportunities across products, segments, and routes to market
- Define buyer personas, journeys, and category narratives
- Shape Ping’s long-term market vision around Identity for AI
- Establish market thought leadership in identity and security
- Define company-wide positioning and differentiated value propositions
- Develop messaging frameworks across products, solutions, and industries
- Create launch strategies, solution handbooks, and sales knowledge transfer plans
- Lead naming, branding alignment, and solution packaging strategy
- Own go-to-market strategy for major product and solution launches
- Align Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partners through integrated launch frameworks
- Ensure sales readiness, enablement, and knowledge transfer
- Measure launch success through dashboards and post-launch analytics
- Drive partner go-to-market alignment and solution marketing
- Develop the Product and Solution Marketing team
- Partner with Sales leadership to improve deal velocity and win rates
- Lead win-loss analysis and product growth diagnostics
- Optimize solution packaging and positioning
- Develop lifecycle and sunset communication strategies
- Build a partner marketing strategy and roadmap
Requirements
- 15+ years in product marketing, solution marketing, or category marketing leadership
- Experience in Identity, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology preferred
- Experience operating at $1B+ scale preferred
- Ability to define or redefine a category narrative
- Experience working directly with the CEO and board-level stakeholders
- Ability to translate AI and regulatory trends into strategic positioning
- Ability to connect messaging to pipeline outcomes
- Enterprise sales complexity and analytical rigor
- Ability to develop high-performance product marketing talent
