Video Associate, Social Media
Create high-quality social-first video content for Bitpanda’s brand, products, campaigns, and events. The role combines camera operation, short-form video editing, motion graphics, AI-supported creative assets, and collaboration with the Creative team.
Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit social-first video content for social media channels, campaigns, studio productions, and events.
- Support the creation of internal video content.
- Operate camera setups independently in studio and live environments.
- Edit short-form content optimized for social platforms with emphasis on pacing, hooks, and audience retention.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and AI-supported creative assets.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to develop premium content formats aligned with the Bitpanda brand.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with camera operation.
- Technical and creative knowledge of shooting content from studio setups to event coverage.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of social-first editing and short-form storytelling.
- Basic to intermediate Adobe After Effects skills.
- Understanding of social media formats and digital culture.
- Interest in finance and emerging technologies.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools.
- Ability to generate AI-supported video assets and visuals.
