Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Interview, engage, and train individuals who will provide services for clients through our platform.
- Lead your teams by communicating, collaborating, monitoring, and assisting your team members.
- Manage your time and daily tasks while scheduling, analyzing, and evaluating freelancer performance.
- Contribute value by working on side projects and ideas that optimize and enhance the quality of services provided to clients.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience or background in Human Resources, Management or Administration, Customer Support, Marketing, or another relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
