The role leads Finance strategy and initiatives, manages scorecards and budgets, prepares senior-management reporting, oversees strategic projects and operational risk controls, researches market trends, and supports Finance transformation and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Formulate, plan, and execute Finance strategies and initiatives
- Manage unit scorecards, budget plans, targets, and performance monitoring
- Prepare Finance management reports and presentations for senior management
- Lead strategic Finance projects and coordinate cross-functional implementation
- Drive risk governance, controls, and operational risk deliverables
- Research best practices and market trends to provide strategic insights
- Support employee journey enhancement and Finance transformation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Seven years of banking-related experience, preferably focused on strategic planning
- Sound business acumen and long-term vision for Finance strategy
- Stakeholder management, interpersonal, influencing, and problem-solving skills
- Project management experience leading cross-functional teams and managing priorities
- Committed, self-motivated, action-oriented personality with strong ownership
