WE'RE HIRING – FLOOR INSPECTOR / ASSISTANT FLOOR MANAGER FULL TIME
Latin Geisha is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Floor Inspector / Assistant Floor Manager to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, has a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys leading by example. You will work closely with the management team to ensure every service runs smoothly and that our guests receive an unforgettable experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supervising the dining room throughout service
• Supporting the Floor Manager with daily operations
• Ensuring our service standards are consistently maintained
• Monitoring the quality of food and drinks before they reach the guests
• Coaching and supporting the front-of-house team
• Assisting with reservations and the flow of the restaurant
• Solving guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
• Helping create the energetic and welcoming atmosphere that defines Latin Geisha
We're looking for someone who:
• Has previous experience in hospitality
• Is organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Has excellent communication skills
• Leads by example and enjoys motivating others
