Overview
This role is for a Wealth Manager responsible for delivering sound insurance and financial advice by assessing clients’ needs and providing holistic advisory services. The position involves building long-term client relationships while developing tailored financial strategies.
You will be part of a mentorship programme and utilise fintech solutions, including artificial intelligence, to support client engagement and solution delivery. High-performing individuals with leadership potential may be fast-tracked into management roles.
This role combines client acquisition, financial advisory, and relationship management, supported by technology-driven tools and a structured development pathway.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire clients through various prospecting strategies
- Participate in business development activities related to Financial Planning
- Review and assess prospective and existing client portfolios
- Recommend suitable investment and insurance solutions based on client needs
- Manage client relationships and support long-term retention
Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement as per MAS guidelines
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
