About the Role
Clearwave Fiber is undertaking a full brand refresh and website transformation, including a ground-up rebuild of the new company website with an integrated eCommerce platform. We're hiring a Web Developer to sit on the Enterprise Applications & Systems team and serve as the primary technical owner of this transformation — from the initial site reskin through full eCommerce launch. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who wants to own a website end-to-end, work closely with design and marketing partners, and help launch a new commerce experience for customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead the ground-up build of the new company website
- Implement the website design delivered by our design agency partner
- Own all website code changes, optimizations, and technical implementation for the new site and its integrated eCommerce platform
- Provide ongoing technical support of the eCommerce platform post-launch, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and feature enhancements
- Partner with the Marketing team to translate design and content requirements into working, on-brand website solutions
- Coordinate with the Enterprise Applications & Systems team on change requests that require alignment with our billing/CRM system or integrations with other business systems
- Participate in QA and testing cycles ahead of go-live, including validation across content, functionality, and commerce workflows
