Web3 Backend Engineer (Onsite – HCM)

Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js or NestJS, integrate with blockchains through Web3.js or Ethers.js, design NoSQL schemas in MongoDB, develop REST and GraphQL APIs, containerize services with Docker, deploy and monitor infrastructure, and collaborate with frontend and smart contract teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js or NestJS
• Integrate with blockchain technologies via Web3.js or Ethers.js
• Design and manage data with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Create and maintain REST or GraphQL APIs for frontend and smart contract integration
• Containerize and deploy backend services using Docker and Docker Compose
• Monitor, optimize, and scale backend infrastructure
• Collaborate using Git and platforms such as GitHub or GitLab in an agile environment

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Node.js or NestJS with experience building scalable applications
• Experience with Web3.js or Ethers.js for blockchain interaction
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL schema design
• Knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose for service deployment
• Proficiency with Git and collaboration platforms such as GitHub or GitLab
• Intermediate English communication skills
• Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City; onsite only, no remote work
• 2–5 years of backend development experience
• Experience developing trading systems or financial products is a plus
