Web3 Product Manager
You will own product discovery planning and delivery for crypto-native features, conduct direct user research, write specifications, manage the backlog, make integration decisions across chains and wallets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and represent the product in crypto communities and at industry conferences.
Responsibilities
- Own product discovery, planning, and delivery for crypto-native features
- Conduct direct research with users who spend crypto daily
- Write specifications with clear requirements and acceptance criteria, manage the backlog, and ship end-to-end with engineering and design
- Make integration decisions about chains, wallets, and protocols based on usage data
- Facilitate coordination with compliance, marketing, support, and operations
- Represent Bitrefill in crypto communities and at industry conferences
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management, ideally in payments, e-commerce, or fintech
- Track record of shipping products with real adoption
- Experience leading work across distributed teams and time zones
- Practical experience with DeFi vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, and gas dynamics
- Familiarity with wallet UX across desktop and mobile
- Ability to decompose large problems into shippable increments
- Ability to facilitate alignment across engineering, design, and business functions
- Clear written communication for specifications, decision documents, and async updates
- Ability to connect product thinking with technical implementation
- Self-directed use of AI in product work
- Skepticism toward hype and curiosity about actual usage patterns
- Preference for shipping small, functional products
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clarity
