Welfare manager
Appointment Requirement: The Contractor/Operator must appoint a Worker Welfare Manager, and the Project Director shall ensure that this Manager is formally appointed and authorized to perform their duties.
Scope of Responsibilities: The Worker Welfare Manager shall be responsible for ensuring that all internal and relevant parties comply with the Qiddiya worker welfare requirements, overseeing worker welfare, safety and rights, ensuring compliance with labor standards, and promoting ethical working conditions.
Qualification Requirements:
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in human resources or worker welfare in the Middle East region.
Stakeholder Arrangement: If a relevant party does not have a qualified individual, the Worker Welfare Manager shall coordinate worker welfare matters with the senior management team of that relevant party.
Support Resources: The Worker Welfare Manager may be supported by deputies, such as Welfare Officers, to assist in managing and implementing all worker welfare requirements.
Skills
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in human resources or worker welfare in the Middle East region.
