AHMC - Wholesale Account Executive

• Develop and manage relationships with mortgage brokers and correspondent partners within an assigned territory

• Prospect and onboard new broker partners to grow wholesale loan volume

• Guide brokers through loan program guidelines, pricing, and submission requirements

• Partner with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to keep loans moving and support pull-through

• Track pipeline activity and report on production, partner engagement, and territory growth

• Stay current on wholesale lending guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements
