- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies using tools like Veeam, Windows Backup, or third-party solutions.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Incident & Change Management: Follow ITIL best practices for incident response, change management, and service request handling.
