Woodlands /Contracts Manager ( Construction/ Main Con experience / General Building Project

· Manage full spectrum ofTender process.

· Review contractdocuments.

· Cost, change and claimmanagement.

· Initiate and draftofficial correspondences to stakeholders.

· Participate and/or leadcommercial negotiation.

· Monitor and managerproject budget, contract revenue and cash flow.

Requirements

· Degree in Building,Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

· Minimum 10 years ofrelevant experience is required with at least 2 years in similar positions.
