Responsibilities will vary by role.
- Undergraduate degree in Forestry, Business, Engineering or another relevant discipline
- 5+ years of management experience and proven ability to influence others
- Strong safety leadership and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment, present to senior leaders, negotiate and problem-solve
- Self-starter focused on results and driving performance/objectives
- Agile and able to lead change in a fast-paced environment
