Workday - Systems Analyst - HCM - Contract opportunity!
Salary: Competitive hourly rate + hybrid working

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver Workday enhancements and system improvements.
- Investigate and resolve Workday issues and user enquiries.
- Gather business requirements and configure solutions across Core HCM, Reporting, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, and Recruiting.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
- Support and troubleshoot integrations, including PECI.
- Assist with testing, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven Workday experience across Core HCM, Reporting, Time Tracking and Absence.
- Strong reporting and analytics capability.
- Experience supporting Workday integrations - ideally PECI.
- Able to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Workday certifications will be highly regarded.
- Experience in HR, Payroll, or People Systems.
- Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and Workday best practice.
