Working Student (m/f/d) International Marketing

If you are passionate about international marketing and eager to support marketing processes within a globally operating company, consider joining our team! As part of an international marketing team with regional responsibility for multiple countries and clusters, you will provide administrative and operational support, particularly in reporting, coordinating regional activities, preparing presentations, and maintaining trackers and overviews. This role offers valuable insights into the international marketing environment of the MedTech sector, while allowing you to take ownership of operational tasks and benefit from flexible working hours alongside your studies.

Your challenge in detail

• You will provide general administrative support to the international marketing team, including preparing presentation materials and documents

• You will consolidate and structure data from multiple countries and clusters, combining Excel files, presentations, and reports

• You will support the maintenance and updating of trackers, overviews, and project lists, including monitoring regional initiatives and deadlines

• Additionally, you will assist in organizing and following up on meetings and workshops

Your competence is in demand

• Current full-time studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field (3rd Semester or beyond)

• Fluent English language skills, written and spoken; good German skills are a plus

• Proficiency in MS 356 (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

• Structured and diligent working style

• Preferably first experience in an administrative or marketing environment as well as experience working with international teams
