Workplace Food and Beverage Manager
Crusoe is seeking a Workplace Food and Beverage Manager to create a unified global food and beverage strategy, establish standards, transition to an in-house lunch and catering partner, plan services for new sites, manage budgets and vendors, and track program performance and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global food and beverage strategy.
- Establish company-wide food and beverage guidelines covering quality, dietary inclusivity, vendor standards, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
- Transition to an in-house lunch and catering partner for daily meals and company events.
- Lead food and beverage planning for new offices, data centers, and manufacturing sites.
- Tailor standards for shift-based industrial environments.
- Build and manage the global food and beverage budget, benchmark costs, and drive efficiency.
- Reduce waste, source responsibly, and track sustainability progress.
- Manage vendor relationships and equip regional Workplace Managers with operating playbooks.
- Track program health, employee satisfaction, cost per person, waste diversion, and vendor performance, and report progress to leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years leading food and beverage, corporate dining, or hospitality programs.
- Experience building or scaling multi-site programs.
- Experience designing catering, dining, or events programs.
- Experience with vendor selection, contract negotiation, and service-model design.
- Experience supporting food service in industrial, manufacturing, data center, or shift-based environments.
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience building and managing multi-site budgets.
- Knowledge of sustainable food service practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–30%.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Bonus: culinary services, foodservice operations, hospitality management, ESG reporting, food safety certification, or relevant site safety familiarity.
