PsiQuantum is seeking a Product Designer to lead the user experience and interface design of internal IT and security applications used across engineering, infrastructure, and operational teams. These systems support complex workflows including infrastructure management, automation dashboards, reporting tools, and operational platforms.

- Conduct research with internal users to understand workflows and friction points.
- Translate operational processes into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design data-heavy dashboards and interfaces.
- Establish UX patterns and maintain design consistency.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure scalable implementation.
- Validate solutions through usability testing and iteration.
- Advocate for accessibility and clarity in complex systems.
- 5+ years of UX/UI or product design experience.
- Experience designing enterprise software or internal tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow‑centric design.
- Experience designing dashboards or operational systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
