Job Summary

You will drive strategic partnerships with schools to deliver tailored learning solutions, consulting educators to identify needs, co-creating interventions, and evaluating impact to enhance youth development outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with schools to deliver workshops and experiential programmes
• Consult with educators to assess learning needs and collaboratively design effective solutions
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure alignment with MOE frameworks
• Measure programme impact by analyzing feedback, assessments, and reports to inform improvements
• Support the development and innovation of educational products and services
• Contribute actively to achieving team sales targets and maintaining strong client relationships

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or Communications preferred
• Prior sales experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong consultative and analytical skills to engage educators and leaders effectively
• Creative, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning
• Proactive and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build robust networks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
