- Candidate is required to have product understanding for Term loans, Working capital and structural products.
- Role is sector agnostic and following skills are required
- Due diligence of corporate, group and promoters
- Analysis of financials
- Understanding Proposal related Industry and Market dynamics and application of the same in Credit assessments and stipulation of Risk mitigates.
- Site visits and Personal discussions with Promoters/ CFO
- Preparation of credit notes along with stipulation of deal specific covenants
- Adherence of Internal Credit Policies and capturing the deviations accordingly in Credit Note
- Approval / recommendation of credit limits and transaction
- Monitoring of Portfolio companies
