Art Project Manager - Unpublished R&D Product (Contract)
作为研发团队的美术项目管理，你将作为内部与外部团队的桥梁，在高度模糊与快速迭代的环境中推动美术内容的落地，确保美术产出的高质量交付。
岗位职责
- 全流程闭环管理： 负责美术内外部团队的管理，涵盖需求规划、沟通协作、制作验收及版本交付的全生命周期。
- 进度与效能管理： 制定美术生产计划，跟进执行并推动项目进展；定期总结复盘，输出流程优化建议。
- 生产管线建设： 制定美术生产管线，推动其在团队内的规范化落地与持续迭代。
- 跨职能协作： 建立高效的跨职能协作流程（与美术、策划、程序、QA等），确保流程顺畅执行，降低沟通成本。
- 外包生态管理： 负责外包团队的进度、成本与质量管控，通过有效的沟通机制快速解决生产瓶颈，建立长期、互利互信的合作关系。
- 资产与文档管理： 协助美术负责人撰写和维护生产规范及风格文档，确保美术资产清晰、有序且可复用。
基本要求
- 5年以上游戏行业的美术项目管理经验。
- 精通美术生产流程，具备资源规划、预算预估、风险管控及进度把控能力。
- 具备优秀的外包团队管理经验，能够通过清晰的反馈机制提升供应商交付质量。
- 具备较强的流程制定与系统化解决问题的能力。
- 熟练掌握跨职能协作，能够有效推动程序、美术、策划等团队达成共识。

- 有游戏行业从0到1的美术项目管理经验。
- 英语可作为工作语言。
