Business Development Representative
Conduct outbound outreach across Discord, Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage web3 prospects and inbound leads. Meet stakeholders, qualify leads using BANT, schedule discovery meetings, document activity in CRM, forecast pipeline, craft outbound messaging, relay product feedback, and meet measurable activity targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting across Discord, Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Engage and meet with stakeholders to assess goals and use cases
- Qualify leads using BANT and schedule discovery meetings
- Collaborate with the revenue team to align and execute prospecting strategy
- Create tailored messaging for outbound campaigns
- Communicate product feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering
- Meet measurable activity targets on a quarterly basis
- Document leads, opportunities, and meetings daily in CRM and collaboration tools
- Forecast opportunity pipeline accurately and regularly
Requirements
- Based in New York City
- Willingness to attend events after working hours and travel for events
- 2+ years of experience prospecting in a sales role, ideally within software, infrastructure, or web3
- Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for web3, blockchain, and data analytics
- Track record of engaging and prospecting to senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with CRM software and collaboration tools such as Slack, Discord, Telegram, Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong
- Willingness to navigate technical sales cycles and collaborate cross-functionally
- Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven success in consistently hitting measurable activity targets
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate independently
