CAD Drafter (BIM / Revit & AutoCAD)

Basic $ 2600 to $ 3600
Working location: Upp Thomson / Bishan-AMK area
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare Civil & Structural (C&S) drawings for authority submission and construction using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Develop and update BIM models in accordance with project requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) BIM submission standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams to incorporate design changes into drawings/models.
- Assist in preparation of structural documentation and detailing for submission and construction purposes.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality of all drafting outputs.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Possession of a Revit certification is required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling and AutoCAD drafting.
- Strong knowledge of BIM processes and Autodesk Building Suite software, including Revit (Structure) and related tools.
