CLINIC ASSISTANT / JUNIOR TRANSLATOR (BAHASA INDONESIA)
Summary
Clinic assistant role with Bahasa Indonesia translation duties at a Singapore medical group, covering day-to-day clinic operations, front-desk customer service (cashiering, appointment booking, enquiries), and insurance/Medisave-related administration.
- Assist in translation for patients / clinic staff.
- Assist in clinic’s day-to-day operations and functions.
- Assist the Clinic Manager and Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
- Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.
- Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).
- Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
- Assist in the renewal of relevant licenses.
- Other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager and/or Medical Director as required.
